The evening at the Governor's Inn starts at 6:30pm 

with a casual, finger-lickin' food, cold beer, and great coctails!

Funny man Gregg Boggis takes the stage at The Governor's Inn with his laid back blend of current events, interesting observations and comic approach toward life. Boggis has been pleasing nightclubs and comedy shows, colleges, benefits, and corporate shows all around America. His career has taken a turn into acting and print modeling. Boggis has appeared in small roles in a number of movies as well as TV commercials for 3Com, Conway Office Products, the Vermont and Maine State Lottery, and theFoxy Lady Gentlemen's Club.

Also coming to The Governor's Inn stage on August 15 is comedy headliner Steve Scarfo. His high energy, real life approach to material coupled with his sometimes bizarre humour has been recognized by The Boston Globe as among the area's best comedy. Scarfo began the stand-up life tweny years ago working open mic nights around Boston as he still does along with countless gigs across the country as well. He is a regular at the Comedy Connection in Portland, Maine and Nicks Comedy Stop in Boston.

Scafo has opened for Dave Coulier, Victoria Jackson, Jeff Dunham, Bobby Collins, Lenny Clarke, Bob Marley, and A. Whitney Brown. Scafo has also been featured on the A&E show 'Caesars 24 / 7'. Scarfo has been working as a comic actor / writer for the past several years. He has co-written and stared in several plays, as well as performed in several others. He was also featured in a Mastercard commercial based around the Boston Red Sox, and appears in several movies such as the Farrelly Bros. Movie "Fever Pitch", and "Gone, Baby, Gone" directed by Ben Affleck.
